I moved recently from Plano, TX to New Castle, DE. for employment. I am 60 yo. I am an EE doing Big Data (Hadoop) in New Castle. Looking for a furnished 1 bdrm $500 or less (util included). Preferably something close to DART stop. I am wacky, yet reserved but responsible, straight, nonsmoker and clean. I have a MSEE from U of IL-Chicago. I am handy around the house.
