hi! I need an affordable, hip place to live in Atlanta. I'm 29, male, seeking a room or roommate(s) in Atlanta as soon as possible. I would like to keep rent around or under $500 monthly. I am a musician and I come with a piano which I would be more than happy to share with you, provided you let me play on a daily basis :) -- I also have keyboards so I can plug in the headphones when silence is needed. I would prefer living with other artists or musicians but would work well with any other professionals. I teach music lessons full-time on weekday evenings in Alpharetta, Milton, and Johns Creek and play the occasional out-of-town gig but will be around most of the time. I really miss living in the city and want to get back in its energy and meet some fun new people. I would prefer something on the ground level (piano, remember?) and I own 2 small dogs. They are toy poodles, and are crate/potty trained and well enough behaved. Taking care of my pets is not expected of any roommates, but I would obviously prefer to live with another animal lover. I am a very clean person, but not on an OCD level. I do, however, keep things organized and tidy and keep chores up to date. I'm also a kick-ass mechanic and can probably save you a lot of money on motor vehicle upkeep ;) totally serious. I'm open to male or female roommates, of any age, religion, race, creed, or career.
