I just bought a home in College Park and am renting out two rooms. One room is furnished with a BRAND new $700 queen mattress and a dresser/nightstand. Other room is unfurnished.

The house is very nice, and will be more furnished over the next month or two. I have a dog that is very nice, she's 4-years old.

About me: 26 years old, single male. I like to work, and I like to have fun. I sometimes like to work while I have fun when I'm at home.

You get:
Internet/utilities included (cable to come soon, but no guarantees when)
A nice, clean room
A shared (and very clean) bathroom
Access to the entire house like it's your own
Parking spot on the street, and maybe on the driveway - no guarantees until I figure out my own car situation

Drinking is no big-deal, but if you're dumb when you drink then you won't last... I.E. I can drink ALL NIGHT and still not be stupid...
4/20 is okay on an outside-only basis, and there will be times (i.e. when my family comes over, etc.) when you'll be asked to not smoke on the property at all! (Just walk to the green belt down the street)...

Ideal candidate:
Have a full-time job, or maybe even two
Would love to see your resume
Have references
Will past a background check, not a criminal
A good credit score would be highly appreciated and give me peace-of-mind

Lastly... I'm not going to go on listing rules and stuff... But I expect common decency, and that includes a decent level of cleanliness! We're all passengers in this car, but I still control the wheel and radio!
