The Humane Society offers a $5000 reward for reporting a puppy mill that results in it being shut down and the people operating it fined or jailed. The puppy mill in Concord area that sells puppies on Craigslist is just such a place. I have not been able to get the address of this puppy mill, maybe you'll have a better.
