QR Code Link to This Post I'd like to share a two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment in the popular Brookstone Village complex with a male or female roommate. I am a gay male, clean and responsible, professional. I work long hours, and have varied interests (music, reading, travel, outdoors, climbing, swimming). I am open to a short-term arrangement (stay for a while, no lease, see how it works out) or longer term.

Your Room: Bedroom #2, it is 11' x 13', with large closet. You will have your own bathroom.

The Apartment: A top-floor corner unit with a terrific balcony that looks out over a large grassy/wooded area. (The balcony does not have the outside storage unit shown in the floor plan; instead, the balcony extends further.) This is one of Brookstone's luxury line apartments featuring stainless steel appliances, modern fixtures, wood floors in kitchen, bathrooms, and front entrance. Living/dining room, hall and bedrooms are carpeted. Gas faux fireplace, central AC, electric stove, washer & dryer. I have the apartment furnished (except for your room), but there's space for more stuff (or to move some of my things out of the way). I have the kitchen well-stocked with gadgets, cookware, glassware etc. Sorry, but no dogs or cats. Please, no smokers.

Utilities: You would pay a half share of gas (heat/hot water, fireplace) and electric; cable internet and TV; water/waste/common charges. Allow for about $150/month total.

Other Business: You will have no lease obligation, so when you're ready to move on, you're free to do so. Wifi included. I will have your property/liabilities covered on Renter's Insurance at no extra charge.

The Apartment Complex: The complex has a very popular outdoor swimming pool, an exercise room, ample parking, and well-maintained, pleasant surroundings.
