I have lived in this apartment for 6+ years and personally love the location. I also love sharing an apartment because it helps save for both people! I have a cat that is very friendly and people oriented so I would prefer someone who likes cats as well. Unfortunately, she is the only animal allowed in the apartment.
I am a responsible and respectful professional female and prefer to find someone like minded. I have had a few roommates in the past and have never had an issue with anoyone but I also think that comes with finding a good fit!

The apartment is on the upper level of a four-plex with vaulted ceilings and a balcony! It is perfect for a roommate situation because of the equal layout. Each room has a large window, walk-in closet and access to your own private bath!
TBH I work 40+ hrs a week and try to stay busy on the weekends. It would be cool if we were friends and got a long but I also respect people's busy lives so if we never see each other that is ok too!
