Hi, Im looking for a female roommate for my Metairie house. Female only!!! Its 3 bedrooms and spacious. Its located near W. Esplanade. Because I have a daughter that visits from time to time thats one reason why Im only looking for a female roommate. Im looking for someone that's relaxed with no drama. My home is equipped with just about everything. Nothing is offsite. Ive converted one of the bedrooms into a home gym. It pretty much has it all. The room will be unfurnished. The rent really is negotiable somewhere between $500-$600 per month. I work a lot and not home very often. If you have any type of drama please go somewhere else, I don't need any of that crap. If you're uptight or just plain shy then Im probably not the roommate for you. No drugs, this includes NO 420 either. Sorry no cats, Im allergic. If you're interested please attach a pic.
