I'm a female student pursuing my second degree in industrial design at the Art Center College of Design in Pasadena. I'm smoke free, drug free, and with 100-hour workweeks during fall term to look forward to, I don't have any time to drink alcohol even if I wanted to!
I like to cook when I have time on weekends. While I'm very insistent about keeping pest-attracting things clean (like the kitchen and dishes) I am more relaxed about non-food things. I do come with a bunch of equipment for drawing/sketching, but I plan to be out at school nearly all of the time.
I'm looking for an economical, clean, safe place to sleep, work on my computer occasionally, and keep my drawing supplies and books, at a place within 20 minutes drive of the school, where I can park my car easily even if I haven't slept in 3 days.
Hope that we can become great roommates or start a good tenant landlord.
