Hi. My name is Nikki, I am 28 and looking for a room for rent. I currently live in Aurora, but looking for a room in Denver metro. I am willing to pay up to $550 in rent per month. I work full-time (plus overtime) and have my own transportation. I am looking, preferably, for one other roommate, not a large amount of people. A bed would great, though I have everything else. Someone sane and responsible is required. I can also provide a reference from my last landlord and verification that I work full-time.
