I live in a 3 story Townhouse in Overland Park, Renting a room with its own bathroom in the first floor separated by mid floor(living room and kitchen), would be very private with a gym..Male or Female O.K but I do have a 12 year old daughter that stays with me every other Weekend and every Wednesday.
