This home has been completely redone and is absolutely beautiful. All of the original details are intact with the comforts of a more modern decor. It comes fully furnished and equipped with everything you may need. All utilities are included in the rent and there is a washer/dryer on premises.

The neighborhood is lovely, with lots of trees and incredibly cool old architecture everywhere. It's a very friendly street, everyone knows each other and looks out for each other as well! The area is very safe and has a nice neighborhood feel to it.

There is a Septa bus stop a half a block away and the R8 line is only 2 long blocks away. There is plenty of street parking that you don't need a permit for. House is very close to Manyunk/Roxborough & East Falls. In the other direction it is just a quick jaunt up Germantown Ave. to downtown Mt. Airy and Chestnut Hill. It is a quick, easy 15 minute drive to Center City via Lincoln drive or RT. 76.
