No pets. (Unless it lives in an aquarium)
No children. The house isn't child friendly (including visits from young children. Sorry!)
Social drinkers are fine, but alcoholics need not reply.
No super consistent overnight guests (once in a while is cool, but not 3x a week).
A sense of humor is a must. We have no interest in living with anyone who is uptight and conservative. Been there done that , didn't work.
