Unfurnished, medium sized bedroom with closet for rent in a nice, spacious house (Intersection of 104th Ave. and Blackhawk St.) near the Reunion area in Commerce City, close to the King Soopers and within 15 minutes of DIA (Airport). The room has 3 small windows and 1 medium-sized windows. The current tenant is still occupying the room so I will take photos when possible.

- This is for 1 tenant only; no pets please. Must be clean and have a full time job and can be male or female. References will be needed, preferably from previous landlord. The house will be shared with 1 other male and myself (Both in the late 20s and 30s). There is one other male who is only there a quarter of the time (Travels often) and you most likely won't even see him as he does not use majority of the house.

- No parties in the house. Social drinking is fine and please no drugs of any kind. You will have access to the entire home (Including laundry usage) and the bathroom will be shared (Separate sinks) between you and 1 other roommate. I have 2 quiet, well trained dogs that only stay in the kitchen; they rarely bark so you don't have to worry about noise. Utilities and high speed internet are INCLUDED. We are laid back and quiet . Areas that you use are expected to be kept clean/organized. Rent plus $575 deposit (Will be returned) is required upon move-in and 1-month notice prior to leaving.
