This approximately 10' X 12' bedroom is fitted with loads of California closet storage space and is attached to a private bathroom with high-end washer and dryer. Rental includes free WiFi and there is a cable hook-up available for use.

The house is shared with an older single male who is quiet, clean and easygoing. The renter is free to take advantage of the sunny living room upstairs and the kitchen equipped with Bosch appliances. An additional downstairs living area has an art table and can serve as a creative space.

Most importantly, though, the room comes with a heated garage space sized for cars, and midsized SUVs and trucks. Four-wheel drive is essential in the winter months. For heavy snowfall, the renter may be asked to pay a portion of the snowplowing fees to be negotiated.

Move-in is the standard first-and-last arrangement, $575 X 2 = $1150. An ideal fit would be someone willing to stay one year or longer. A single renter, or even a low-key couple are welcome to inquire. If you can, please include a phone number you can be reached at.
