Hi. I am renting a room in my small house. The kitchen, bathroom, and yard are all shared areas. There is no washer/dryer and pets are not permitted. The house is located west of USC and next to the Metro Expo Line Train. The house is clean and in great condition. The area is quiet, safe, and diverse.
The room is approx. 10x10, has a small closet and is furnished with a twin bed and small chest with 3 drawers.
Im a male, 37 and easy-going. Ideal renter should be easy-going and drug-free. Additionally, a signed agreement is required for all of our interests.
There is another quiet male adult renting another private room.
Room is for 1 adult. No couples.
