We have a room available in downtown Birmingham. The house is currently occupied by 3 young professionals (ages 22-29). The rent is $575 and we split utilities by 4 so they are pretty cheap. Male or Female is fine, as long as you are clean. FYI the rooms in the house are very small, but the house makes up for it with its location.
