One of our roommate's just took a job in Washington DC and is moving out, thus the need for a one room renter. The two of us who will continue to live there have full time jobs, no pets, and are gone most weekends in the mountains. Very laid back guys who don't go out too often, and who moved to Castle Rock to get out of the high prices of Denver. We both commute to Arapahoe/I25 everyday.
What we're looking for: preferably looking for a female roommate as we have had success with that arrangement in the past and it works. Full time job, no kids, one dog max, no cigarettes, and must be OK with not parking in the garage as this has been turned into an exercise/storage area.
There is a large backyard (pics of this and everything available upon request), 2 car garage, loads of storage throughout the house, vaulted ceilings, fireplace, etc. It's a nice place and we keep it that way. The two remaining roommates are from Wisconsin and have brought their charm with. We will respect your things, and you, as long as you do the same. Pretty clear cut!
