Enjoy the delightful Lake Michigan shoreline area in a beautiful large cottage part of a resort with a beach on a pristine lake. Only Saugatuck resort with both pool and beach. Saugatuck is a short 2 mile bike ride, walk, or drive into town. Fully equipped. You can cook your meals, charcoal grill, or dine in the area's great restaurants. Resort has playground, basketball court, shuffleboard, boats, safe area for kids to run around in, seasonal heated pool and sandy beach on pristine Goshorn lake. Beautiful little no wake lake so water is crystal clear. Great view of dunes across from beach. Great place for families and kids of all ages as well as couples getaway. It is fully finished. Wifi, 55" and 65" TVs with cable and DVDs. Three bedrooms are suites with attached baths. Beds sleep 10. Master suite has king. Another bedroom suite has king. Third suite has 2 queens and a full. There are three queen sofa beds. There is a basement recreation room with pool table, another 55" TV, and another queen sofa bed. The Retreat House can sleep up to 16 adults plus there is a toddler bed with plenty of space - 4200 square feet. Sorry NO pets and NO.
