I am Seeking: Male, Mid-20's to Mid 30's, Non-Smoking, Responsible. I don't have any hangups regarding race, culture, walk-of-life. I just ask you be respectful, dependable, and gainfully employed enough to be able to pull your weight. $600 is the asking price. That includes rent and your half of utilities.
The apartment community is Edgewater @ Sandy Springs. It's not the most luxurious apartment community in Metro Atlanta. But it is nice, quiet, clean, affordable and fits all the general needs of decent living. It is located right off Roswell Road in Sandy Springs. I-285 is 3.5 miles directly south via Roswell Road. GA 400 is 2.0 miles away via a few local roads. Perimeter Mall Area is 10 min away. North Springs MARTA Station is 5-7 min away. Not to mention, all the necessities in life are within walking distance...if push ever came to shove (Post Office, Multiple Grocery Stores, DMV, City Offices, Gas Station, etc).
If you have furniture, there is room for it - my current living room set-up is a bit anorexic. There are washer & dryer connections - I just don't own a washer & dryer at the time. If you have those available, you are more than welcome to bring them along - or we can talk about splitting costs for two units.
