What I have available is basically a whole down stairs of a house. It stays cool and quiet down there. You will have your own bathroom and plenty of space to store your belongings. The house it's self is not the newest, I am working with the owner to slowly get things updated.

There is a full kitchen, and laundry. You will also have access to internet and be able to use the upstairs furniture freely if respected and treated well.

Pets are a no go, due to the owner. Not because of my own personal likes or dislikes.

I am not looking to rent to someone that has parties and is wild. I am looking for a adult that can respect personal things, personal space, and is decently clean. I'm not a neat freak, just don't want a disaster in the house.

I am open to a male or female as a renter, I look forward to hearing from and hopefully finding a suitable.
