Nice sized room with several windows and a closet in a 4 bedroom / 2 bathroom home. Conveniently located in a quiet neighborhood up Wilhelmina Rise in Kaimuki.
The house has wood flooring throughout and a large common living/dining area with a partial view of the ocean and Diamond Head. All common areas are furnished, however we could probably make space for any furniture you may have. The room comes unfurnished and does not include the window ac unit pictured (might be available for separate purchase). The property has a full kitchen, washer/dryer, nice little yard that wraps around the property with gardening potential, and two off-street parking spaces (first come, first serve). There is plenty of street parking always available.
The three roommates are all females in their mid to late 20's. Two are professionals and one is a working student at UH. One of the roommates has a small, friendly dog that is super friendly. She keeps him in her room and sometimes in the yard. You would share a bathroom with two of the roommates, while the master bedroom has its own bath.
Looking for another female roommate around the same age who is responsible, considerate, and tidy. Not a party house and no drugs please. Occasional overnight guest is ok if you have a boyfriend, so long as you're respectful. Not interested in renting out to a couple or any additional pets--no exceptions.
Looking to fill the room on November 20--preference given to candidates who can begin renting at that time. Monthly rent is $600 not including utilities. Water, electric, and internet typically total to around $80 per month. Pro-rated $200 rent for November and security deposit of $587.50 due to secure the room. Lease not required as two of the other roommates are already on the master lease. However, you may add yourself to the lease when it is renewed in February if you like.
