Lucky for me it doesn't say 'dietary habits'. I'm a vegan with a nice house, a hefty mortgage and a spare room. I'm looking for a room mate that isn't going to be bringing meat into my kitchen. Ick city. I don't care about your age/ race/ planetary origin, so long as you are vegetarian, you seem cool and can afford the rent.

The room is 11x14, has an ample closet and large window. The house has a lot of nice features- sauna, stream, a big yard, ample storage and parking, a woodstove AND fireplace, 12 minutes to I-90, 31 to downtown Seattle, 420 friendly, frequent wildlife sightings, Tiger Mountain trail access nearby, and a lot more. Best of all you get me for a room mate. Woot.

Asking $600/mo includes water and power. House has wifi, but no TV. The house is not near a bus line, you need a car to live here. 1st and last month required up front.
