I'm in Atlanta and have an unfurnished luxury one bedroom apartment, available for rent at just $600 per month! There is no credit check or job reference needed. It has hardwood floors, new architecture, fantastic views, new appliances, a washer and dryer and the building allows pets at a $300 per pet, one time fee (two pet maximum).
About the unit and property: My unit is 588 Sq Ft . As stated above, it is unfurnished with appliances, wood floors and a washer/dryer. The building is Camden Court Apartment". A block from the big clock with no worries about traffic. The University of Maryland Baltimore is next door. The Hippodrome and Mariner Arena are neqrby as well as the Harbor. All the convenience of downtown living. There is VIP access parking garage, lounge 24 hour concierge, fitness center and it is pet friendly.
I paid for this unit 3 years in advance and due to family issues, I had to move back to Atlanta after just one week in Baltimore. I was unable to receive a refund on the unit, so decided to rent it as a co-occupancy rental agreement between myself and any tenant that takes the unit, for the length of 1 year. I am unable to show this unit and as I am not allowed to rent it out, just to ad a co-occupant, the leasing agency will not be showing it for me either. I will not be providing copies of my lease or giving out my unit number eithet, before payment due to a prior situation, SO DON'T ASK!
In order to move in $600 security deposit and $600 first months rent, a total of $1200 must be sent to me. This is done after we have agreed to rental terms and exchanged our state IDs via email. All keys will be given to you via the leasing office after our process is complete and I let them know you will be residing there as a co-occupant via email with your ID attached and you cc in this email. There will be no other way to rent my unit, so DO NOT ASK ME!
Understand that this apartment is simply for someone starting over, may have bad credit or has a low budget and wants a luxury lifestyle. As long as rent is paid on time and my place remains quiet and clean, I'm happy. I'm renting to anyone who comes with the money ready and in agreement with the terms stated above.
