About Us:
- two professional females in our late twenties
- non smokers
- clean but not neat freaks
- like to grab a drink/food or watch a movie together but also have our own lives
- one is a teacher, one is a receptionist
About the Room and Apartment:
- room is large with a bay window and closet
- second shared closet in living room
- large kitchen and living area
- one bathroom (it really works out fine though)
- great landlords (young couple who live in unit downstairs)
- washer and dryer in apartment
- cats are okay (we don't have any but don't mind if you do)
- close to Italian Market, South Street, Old City
- rent is $600 plus utilities (utilities usually run around $70-110 a person)
- first months rent plus security deposit of $200 due at move in
- 30 days notice is required upon move out
- we will sign a month to month rental agreement
- best time to see the apartment is weekdays between 6pm and 9pm or some weekends. Email if you are interested!
