Wondering if anyone out there is interested in a part-time studio share in the Gerstle Park area of San Rafael. It could be temporary or permanent. It's a super charming studio about 400 sq plus a very nice outdoor space. I'd loved to share this space for any number of days in a month, hoping to share for approx 10 days per month at $60/night (my monthly rent is $1800). We could arrange it so that you have the entire studio to yourself most nights, but sometimes I do like to sleep on the patio and look at the stars and would love to share the communal space at times while you visit. If you're open to sharing space and getting to know someone knew (me, female), as well as making this space feel like your own home too, this could work! I'm extremely flexible on the days.
