Watch beavers, eagles, loons and geese from the large deck or many of the water facing rooms or kayak over to your own private Island where family and friends can experience a true Maine camping out adventure.

This 5 bedroom, 3 bath home with, large eat-in kitchen area, 2 large living areas and includes heat, electricity and internet with 2 kayaks on the property and a canoe which can be used to take a nice trip over to the island. The boat landing is also near by for your convenience

With your personal comfort in mind, the house is fully furnished with all the luxuries of home. Amenities include, cooking range, refrigerator, oven, washer/dryer, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, dishes, cookware, utensils, internet, television (no cable sorry), DVD player, picnic table, BBQ grill, a place for an open fire on the waters edge, hanging hammock on the waters edge.

Our ideal candidates are motivated, easy going, who can live peacefully with other roommates whom are seeking a quiet rental space starting in November 2017 and ending in June 2018. Each room is $600 per month with heat and lights/wifi/plowing/trash removal included~

We are 21 miles from Waterville and 17 miles from Belfast
