Townhouse in a great neighborhood overlooks the Brandywine River Park. Plenty of resident on street parking. House has AC, hardwood floors, washer/dryer, Verizon DSL with WIFI, and basic cable TV. Light cooking (microwave) is ok. Owner is a male.

You will have a private room (13' X 12' with large double window), 2 closets (5.5'X7' double racked & 2.5'X7' self) and a private bathroom. Room is rented furnished (double bed, dresser, mirror, chest on chest, desk & chair, nightstand & lamp, TV and area rugs).

You must be a quite, neat and clean type person, employed, non-smoker and non-drug user. I have a 12 year old yellow lab. This is my home and a rent out a room to only one person. I am not looking for a roommate -- just rent out a room. No pets.
