600 Looking for people to find an apartment with (West Hartford)
Currently living in West Hartford, and I thoroughly enjoy this town, so I'd like to stay.
My roommates and I are all parting ways, because the rent at our current place is too high for us.
That's where you come in! I'm looking to move in with one or two people on September 1, so we have about a month to find a place together. I'm hoping to find a place that comes to less than $600 a month for each of us. Looking to move in with males or females, doesn't matter to me, in their 20s or 30s with a stable job and plans to stay in this location for at least 2 years. OH and I should mention my cat, he'll be living with us as well. He's a lazy, fat, black cat named Gengar. So I'd prefer if he were the only cat (I want to avoid acclimating two cats if I can help it) in the place.
About me:
25 years old, male, stable job in town, in a stable relationship (sorry ladies). I enjoy video games, nerd culture, cooking, trying new things, building things, fixing things, and playing magic: the gathering. I'm also tidy and clean up after myself.
Basically, I'm unsatisfied with the posts I've seen on craigslist so far because it's either:
A) tiny 1BR apartments that I can't afford alone
B) people renting out rooms.. which would be cool, but I have a ton of shit (big leather sectional couch, TV, computer desk, workbench, dining room table, kitchen island, ton of stuff..)
or C) multiple room places that are in my price range, but I have nobody to move in with (which again, is where you come in)
TL;DR I have a cat and stuff to fill an apartment, just nobody to move in with. Let's be friends and find a place!
