Room is Available December 1st. $600 per month. Water, Electric, Gas, Cable and Wifi included. Street parking. We do have a covered porch if you smoke. No Pets please. I do have a 12 month old kitten that is declawed, quiet and friendly.

The Space:
Large furnished, private room with Queen size bed, Flat screen 40" TV, dresser and closet.
Double vanity bathroom (next to the room) will be shared with 2 children. Common areas living room, kitchen, loft, and laundry room will be shared. Pictures are attached of the shared rooms.

The Neighborhood:
Clean, well kept, and peaceful new neighborhood. 2 1/2 miles away from Interstate 24. Plenty of restaurants, entertainment, Kroger, Publix and 2 large malls just 5 miles or less down the street. Located 35 min from downtown Nashville. 8 miles from Middle Tennessee State University.

Requirements:
Female with no criminal background renter only. $600 deposit is required and will be applied towards your last month's rent. Background, rental references, proof of full time job and face to face meeting is required. Sorry if this is a lot, but I can't open up my home to just anyone. We do have two school aged children and want to provide a safe home for them. I can't afford to have free loaders with drama in the home.
