600 Seeking Roommate to rent a houseflathouse apartment with (Royal OakFerndaleClawsonBerkley)
Hello Folks!
I am looking to rent a house or flat in the Royal Oak/Ferndale/Clawson/Berkley area & hoping to find a clean, trusting roommate (any gender) to do so with asap (at least by September 1st). A little about myself, I am a 34 year old male with college degrees in Forestry from Oregon State University. I grew up here in the area and own/run my own lawn care/landscaping/snow removal business. I 'm a pretty diverse person that enjoys the outdoors, sports, pets, arts/crafts, relaxing after work, and socializing in a respectful way.
I'm hoping to pay between $500-700 for rent w/ utilities depending on the included utilities. Would love a place that includes a shed or garage for storage and that is in a safe area.
