We are 2 male University students looking for a 3rd male student to share our place with. From Freshmen all the way up to Grad student who are continuing their education, all are welcome!

Situation: This is a shared living situation on the basement floor of a non-smoking no pets, 3-story home.
Our basement floor unit is not connected to the upstairs floor so it is independent from the rest of the house.

**Move-in date flexible from Dec 15th to first week of Jan.* - Rent will be pro-rated according to move in date. Also flexible on lease terms! We'll work with you.

OUR SPACE: The 3 of us will be sharing the basement floor which has a full kitchen, 2 bathrooms, a laundry room and a small gathering area.
One roommate has his own bathroom which is just a sink and toilet. You would be sharing the larger bathroom with the other roommate.
_
This larger bathroom is an open style type of bathroom situated between the kitchen, and two of the bedrooms. -
This is the only bathroom in our unit that has a shower so all 3 of us share this shower. -
There are no doors to the shower area so it's not for the extremely bashful, however being that we are all males here it's not a problem.

ABOUT THE ROOM: Room is medium size approximately 12' x 11' and has a large window.
The room will be partially furnished with a dresser, study desk and chair, wardrobe cabinet, table, and several other items. (These furnishings are currently being acquired and the ad will be updated accordingly). Just bring your clothes and your basic belongings, The room is best for someone that doesn't have a lot of stuff.

ABOUT THE AREA:
The house is located 6 blocks from the University of Washington in a little neighborhood called Bryant and is just 3 blocks from University Village Shopping Mall.
Bryant is a nice mainly family oriented neighborhood and is far enough away from the main street in the University District (University Way) so as to avoid all of the negatives associated with living too close to "The Ave".
Besides University Village Shopping Mall, there are also plenty of grocery stores, restaurants, coffee shops, etc all within a few blocks walking distance from the house.

ABOUT YOUR ROOMMATES:
Currently one roommate is in his junior year at UW in Applied Math & Computational Sciences (Bio & Life Sciences option) and is originally from the state of Oregon.
In addition to his full time school schedule he also works part time at a nearby grocery store. In his spare time he enjoys watching sporting events, working out at the IMA, and hanging out with other students.

The other roommate is a part-time student studying Earth Sciences and works at the local shopping mall. He spends most of his off time doing research, fitness related things, cars, sci-fi fan, relaxing.
This roommate also brews coffee daily that he loves sharing with his roommates! He's been here 2 years now.
Both roommates are very friendly and looking forward to welcoming a newcomer.

We hope you can help us build a great atmosphere here and not only "share a space" but also feel like we are all here for each other in what ever we can be and share some great times together, building on that commonality of us all being college students and everything that goes along with college life.

We also respect each others privacy and allow each other to have our individual introspective times.
Additionally both current roommates are very much dedicated to their studies and we make it a priority to make sure it's a great environment here for studying which includes keeping things as quiet as possible so you can focus without being disturbed.
