34 yrs old, from Newark, single, laid back, very easy going. Work for DoD since 2003 and have been away ever since, until now. Deployed to Iraq a couple times, spent the majority of my career in the 82nd Airborne down at Fort Bragg. Recently relocated to Fort Belvoir, VA which gets me within 2 hours of my family. I have a 7 year old daughter who I come to Delaware to see whenever I can (usually one or two weekends a month). I can be extremely introvert or extrovert, you can find me on both ends of the spectrum. I've had roommates for the past 15 years, luckily just about every one ended up turning into life-long friends. With that being said:
About you:
I am looking for a unique type of person, steady career, steady income, job not on the line, never late on rent, constantly trying to be a better person, not lazy, honest, loyal, trustworthy, respectful, humble, modest, non-arrogant, no ego's, resilient, doesn't take things personal, doesn't think or act on emotion, thinks things through thoroughly before doing or saying, responsible enough to get an Uber or call one of us to ask for a ride if they know they are too tipsy to drive, doesn't have a problem helping to keep the house clean (vacuuming, taking out the trash, unloading the dishwasher, dusting once every blue moon, okay with taking turns mowing the lawn, watering the grass), drug-free, non-smoker, no pets, doesn't have a problem addressing an issue to another roommate in a professional manner. No high school gossip or drama. Communication is key. Visitors are definitely welcome, however noise disturbances need to be kept to a minimum so no college frat type parties, excessive visitors are discouraged (if your significant other sleeps over every night you guys might just wanna get your own place together?) I'm huge on respect for others, if one of the roomies worked a night shift and is sleeping during the day I just ask that you be a little courteous and let them catch up on them Zzzz's, If a visitor is coming and one of y'all likes to walk around in your boxers without a shirt on, maybe give the other roommates a courtesy heads up.
Once I find the first person that is moving in, your say is now equally important in who we select next so we'll both meet them in person beforehand, maybe go out to lunch or something (suggestion but not a big deal). I currently rent a house in VA and that's how my landlord runs things, I think it's a great idea. That also goes for once you're in, if two roommates feel like you're not contributing, not helping around the house, not doing your dishes, and they've addressed their concerns to you on several occasions, majority rules. This is a team effort that will require a little bit of work from all of us but I can assure you the reward of having awesome roommates and great friends you can count on when shit hits the fan far outweighs everything.
About the House:
Neighborhood is called Bayberry North, House is brand new, never lived in. 2100 sq ft., I officially got the keys Dec 1st. 4bdrm, 2.5 bath, will be finishing the basement in Apr/May time frame next year which will make it a 2700ish sq ft, 5 Bedroom, 3.5 bath, but ideally I'd like 3 people to live in it besides myself, but I will only be there probably one weekend a month. 2 car garage, garage door opener, stainless steel appliances, REALLY nice high efficiency fridge, washer and dryer i picked up for black Friday, fireplace, I also plan to build a patio for outside as well.

Utilites - Split equally between however many roommates are there (I will contribute based on how many days I visit- some months I may not even be there), if yall wanna get cable that's on you.

Bedroom 3 (3rd Biggest Bedroom) - 625
