I am looking for a responsible reliable roommate. Must be employed! Not really looking for a temporary situation. I am a gay male and THIS IS NOT a post for anything more than a roommate. I have a 3bdr house in Madison heights that's still under renovation. With my work schedule I don't get to work on it as much as I'd like. I am gone alot for work, ALOT. So I need to find a roommate that I can trust cuz essentially the house is urs Monday thru Friday. Washer and dryer in the house. Off street parking nice back yard. Guests are allowed but roommate is responsible for any actions of guest. Cable Internet in the house but not ur room can or will get the box if needed. I'm very laid back. Not a neat freak but I do ask that you clean after urself. I have two pups so you must like dogs. Any additional pets can be discussed. Rent will be 625. Which includes everything. There is a refundable deposit required of 600 which can be broken up for.
