The 3 rooms are each different in size. Smallest one is about 180sqft and the biggest one is over 200sqft.
The rooms have dual sliding door closet and are fully furnished with furnishings such as a bed, desk, lamp, lights, chair, and curtains.
We are asking for:

The three housemates share a very spacious bathroom. The bathroom has 2 sinks with generous cabinet and drawer space, full mirror, shower, bathtub, and toilet. This would be shared between the three housemates.
Free cable and WiFi in the house. Free parking. Utilities are covered within reasonable usage, which will be outlined in the lease. If you decide to use an absurd amount then you'll have to pay the excess usage.
