Our cottages are part of Dutch Village Resort, a privately owned association. We have over 4 acres of beautifully manicured lawn directly on the northeast shore of Mullett Lake with over 200 ft. of frontage. There is plenty of room. We are on the 45 mile inland waterway at the north end of the lake. The beach and lake bottom is all sand, very safe with no drop offs. Great for kids but still deep enough to bring in larger boats. 100 ft. dock with boat moorings provided. There is electricity provided at the dock for you fishermen.
There is a fire pit with firewood included, lawn swings, picnic table, bar-b-que grill, paddle boat and a 14 ft. aluminum boat - everything you need for your vacation stay. Beautiful sunsets provided at no additional charge!
Do you golf? Our guests get discounts at the Cheboygan Golf and Country Club as well as the Indian River Golf course! Additionally, get on the water by renting a pontoon or fishing boat! This year our guests receive a discount at Mullet Lake Marina too.
My husband David is an experienced fishing guide and will consider taking out guests. His rates are dependent upon group size and number of hours on the water. David has lived on Mullett Lake his entire life so knows the area well.
