I am 38 years old and have a large 5 bedroom, 3 bath home in North Fort Worth. I am located 5 minutes north of basswood and I35. I live downstairs with my twins who are in first grade. We have our bedrooms and bathrooms downstairs. I rent out part of the upstairs where we do not live. You would have your own large, private living room, private bath and private bedroom. The monthly rent is $650 and includes wireless internet, dish network, electric, heating, water, etc. All bills paid. The space is unfurnished and is plenty large enough for a good amount of furniture in the living room area upstairs. The bedroom is about 11x11 and an average size bathroom. Parking is on the driveway. I have a pet free, smoke free, drug free home. I am only interested in renting to one person who also does not smoke or do drugs and doesn't have any pets.
