I'm a 34 year old self employed carpenter needing someone to rent my spare bedroom. I'm a proud father of a 100+pound boxer/mastiff mix. Looking for someone who doesn't have a ton of stuff cause my home is furnished, other than the spare bedroom. I tend to work early and kick back at home most afternoons and evenings, laid back, and won't judge your habits as long as you pay your bills ON TIME....however, I will not tolerate tweekers!
Must show proof of employment, valid ID, and provide a $650 deposit plus first months rent. At first the lease will be month to month...if you seem compatible, I will consider a long term contract.
