Bedroom for rent in a shared townhome, we are a young couple in our 30's looking for more income, we currently have one roomate (male) and are looking for another.
The room is decent size, 10 by 11 with two large closets, big bay window facing the street, the bathroom would be shared with the other roomate.
We are all three clean and quiet with normal bed times (10pm) and working hours (7-4), Drug free house hold, minimal alcohol, but we all do smoke, but only outside or in the garage (trying to quit but failing miserably)
We are close to the lightrail, on a bus rought, and walking distance to bel mar.
Parking is on street.
Rent is $700 but if paid in cash on or before the first we give a $50 credit back.
Our back yard is a comunity green belt but we do have a bbq grill.
We do require a background check.
We can furnish the room for an additional fee.
We have two pets, ferret, decented and clean, we don't want any more pets in the house.
