I am looking for someone to share my awesome two-bed, one bath apartment in the West End. The location is incredible- close to all things Portland, neighboring Maine Medical Center, and walking distance to Taco Escobarr (I don't know about you, but this is a big win for me). The apartment gets tons of natural light and has great views. There is a large shared living area including a dining room- both are already furnished, but the bedroom is not.
A little about me: I am female, in my late 20's and work in healthcare. I like to maintain a clean, comfortable environment. I drink socially, but nothing wild. I don't smoke in any form and would prefer someone who did the same.
The cost of bedroom is $675 + utilities (typically about $50/each a month). The bedroom is on the smaller side, but comfortable. There is no closet in the room, but and empty full sized closet that can be used in the hall. Flexible move in.
