We have a small unfurnished room for rent with two cool professional dudes. Welcome to the fold! Please read below. Here's what's important to know:
1. Must be clean, clean, clean. Slightly OCD, but not quite.
2. Amenities included: water, gas, electric, waste, security alarm, washer/dryer and high speed internet
3. Shared bath
4. Please no smoking, no pets, no drug usage, no criminal record or criminal history.
5. Must be employeed and/or an active college student.
6. Must be respectful of others privacy and no discrimination based on race and sexual orientation.
7. Must sign a 6-month lease, must pay rent on time; credit check is possible. 1/2 rent amount for initial deposit upfront.
8. Guests welcomed (infrequent overnight stay only: guests cannot have access to home alone)
9. Sorry, no dedicated parking space available.
10. If you can respect and accept 1-9, then welcome to your new!
