Disadvantage: There is no dedicated parking available.
10 Simple Rules:
1. I am a clean freak. Not OCD, but damn near. Must be clean, clean, clean.
2. Respect the home (property, work/quiet hours, one overnight guest welcomed).
3. Must be either a student, veteran/active duty, drawing disability/retirement/pension or currently employeed.
4. No drugs, criminal activity, no gang affiliation or extremist organization allegiance; no discrimination based upon race, sex, or sexual orientation/preference
5. No pets
6. No smoking in the house
7. Pay rent on time (1st of the month)
8. Feel free to use other amenities (i.e. paper products, cleaning supplies, laundry detergent, etc.), but please be respectful and replace if low or have run out.
9. No shared security and entry access to guests.
10. If you can follow rules 1-9, you will truly enjoy your new home.
