"If there was a 6th star, these two hosts would definitely earn it! Staying with them at their place was absolutely amazing and made our Kauai experience even more Hawaiian and just complete! Everything was easy going, from the arrangements and route description before our arrival until our stay there, no problems at all. They we're very helpful, gave us tips about Kauai, we even went on a kayak tour with them! The room and whole house are very clean, the bed comfortable - everything very welcoming! We got towels, and got delicious breakfast every day. Btw their homemade Guava jam is amazing - I still have to think about it ;)

We are a health/eco conscious household (mostly vegetarian,
organic, recycle, compost, etc......Not uptight, though!) chock full of good vibes!

We have a large, comfy bedroom in a big, bright, airy, open, colorful, comfortable 2 bedroom house with a large lanai (deck) that looks out over Sleeping Giant and Mt. Wai'ale'ale and provides breathtaking views.

$70 per night for the room....Flat!....No extra charges!

2 nights, minimum....1 week, maximum (sometimes negotiable)

2 sane, quiet, mellow people, maximum.

PLUSES AND AMMENITIES:

Continental breakfast each morning which includes (all organic) toast and homemade jam, fresh local fruit plate, and coffee (french press or espresso machine).

15 minute walk to town....15 minute walk to Kealia Beach. OR, 2 minute drive to town....2 minute drive to Kealia Beach.

We are a 420 friendly household, legally.

We are long-time residents of Kaua'i, and know a lot about the island's history, flora, fauna, and secret spots. One of us is a veteran tour-guide on Kaua'i for many years.

ALSO.....We work from home and need our space during the day. So, our place is geared more toward the adventurous types that are out exploring all that this incredibly beautiful island has to offer during the day. If you're someone that likes just hanging out where you're staying, rather than getting out and enjoying the island, this won't be a good match. We prefer guests that are out exploring by 10am, on vacation, and not in the process of moving here. PLEASE, make a note of that!
