One BR and One Den with a spacious living room and a full sized bath. The den could easily be converted to a second bedroom. It even has a floor fan and a full sized sliding door closet (2 sides). The kitchen has a nice cutout to the living room with a bar-like feature on the inlet. All you need are stools, don't even need a kitchen table! My GF was using the Den as a makeup room/closet while I used the main closet.
Sorry for the slight mess in the pictures, we were in the process of moving our personal belongings out. The main bedroom is large (that is a king sized mattress you're seeing) and a very large double sliding door closet. It's on the third floor so there is no noise from anybody walking around upstairs. Location is amazing. 15 minute walk from UWM and 5 minute walk to North Ave Bars.
It is normally $875 a month but we're willing to pay the 175 difference so it is listed at $700. Negotiable. Available from now until August first.
