I have a beautiful and decently sized room available from January to May. Located a stone's throw from Radio Bean on North Winooski street, this place is ideal for students or young folk who wouldn't mind living with two amazing girls in their early 20s and one well behaved Husky. The house has been recently renovated with all new wood floors, fixtures, cabinets, applicants and counter tops. Basically, this house is owned by a sweet couple who put love into their properties instead of being a bunch of slum lords. There is two designated parking spots in the drive way so you will be guaranteed a spot for your car if you have one. The place also has a backyard, spacious kitchen and in general is a pleasant place to call home. All utilities are included except for electricity so feel free to crank up the heat! There is no washing machine but we do have a dryer and a large basement for storage. Rent is $700 a month and there is $700 security deposit. I am also very willing to prorate the month of January if need be. I will also be throwing in my full sized mattress which is in good condition, and dresser if you need some furnishing for free since I will be moving out West and can't take them with me but only if you want these things!
