I am a quiet guy who works alot and am offering a large private bedroom and private bath in central Boynton Beach close to mall and I-95.
I have an elderly dog, so no pets are allowed at this time(I am only allowed one pet per unit at this condo).
You will have use of the kitchen and laundry, community pool, etc. & 1 parking space available. Price includes utilities, cable & Wifi. The bedroom for rent is not furnished except for a Tv on the wall.
The room is for one person only.
Seeking a professional male or female with good references and the ability to pay on time. Rent is $700 plus $500 deposit. Background check will be.
