I'm a 30 year old female. I own a 3 bedroom 2 1/2 bathroom townhouse. I currently have one 28 year old quiet male roommate and a looking to take on another. My roommate has been here a year. We are social roommates but have our own lives. This is not a party house. This is a relaxing home. I have nothing against drinking a few beers and the occasional house guests but just be respectful of others. I do have a 40 lb pup but he is awesome. The rent is $700 and this is all utilities included. The house is finished but the room is not.
