I'm looking for reliable/compatible/employed person (1) to share my home. $700.00 per month. Available after August 20th. Interviewing now.
It is a split entry 4 bedroom home and I have one bedroom available to the right person.
There are currently 2 other roommates. Compatibility is of the utmost importance.
Absolutely no party animals. If you like to stay up all night and have guests ALL the time this is NOT the place for you.
I would like a minimum 6 month commitment. The bedroom is unfurnished except for a Full/Double size bed and a Dresser. There is a Couch, TV, and Dining Set for everyone's use.
There is a full bathroom you would share with one other.
High speed wireless internet is provided (no streaming or movie downloads please).
Cable TV with HBO SHO MAX STARZ is also included.
This is a rural setting in a heavily wooded area of town. It is very secluded and private. It is near the Alaska Zoo and walking distance to the Zoo, golf course, Ruth Arcand Park, Diamond H Ranch, and the Equestrian area. There is off street parking for your single (1) vehicle.
I have a dog. Another dog may be considered. Absolutely no aggressive breeds considered. Must be mutually agreed upon by all residents.
I'm sharing my home. I expect only honest and responsible person to apply. Due to past problems a background check may be requested at your expense $35. Details can be found at https://www.mysmartmove.com/renter-credit-check.html. All I will need from you is an e-mail address the rest of your personal information is kept private. This is a service of Trans Union the Credit reporting company. If you are accepted the $35 will be deducted from the first months rent.
First month's rent and $500.00 deposit required.
