700 Single Professional for good shared house or apt, up to 1k with utils (Burlington)
Hi,
I'm a male professional working full time near Burlington, and I also work winter weekends coaching in a seasonal ski program for kids. I'm looking for a room in a shared house or apt in Burlington or South Burlington starting in Sept, Oct at the latest. I'm hopefully going to rent just one more time before finally buying within a year, and splitting expenses to be able to save for that is key. I operate well in housemate situations - have respect for space and property, keep common areas clean, pay on time, etc. I'm easy going and have a sense of humor. I have a full schedule and a healthy lifestyle. I'd like a place that's in good shape, medium or large bedroom, decent kitchen, dishwasher, washer dryer, and a porch would be nice, a small outdoor space, at least big enough to stick a grill. Big closets or basement/attic space a nice plus. I don't expect to find all that, but the more of it the better and willing to pay a little more for nice space! Also seeking a sane and responsible but good humored and pleasant person (or two or three) to share the place with. Email me if you have something available. !
