It's a first-floor apartment of three stories Victorian building. The room overlooks the back patio facing west, and it is very spacious, bright, and quiet. Zero street noise.
I live with three roommates, two guys and one girl, all in our 30's, all friendly and easy going.
The house is conveniently located on Divisadero at Haight. Great assortment of cafes, bars, grocery stores, boutiques etc. Walkable distance to Fillmore, Castro, Hayes Valley, Upper Haight, Golden Gate Park. Super easy public transportation access to Ocean Beach or Downtown.
Sublet includes:
1 bedroom
1 split bathroom
Kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, appliances, cooking utensils etc...
washer and dryer in the unit
House cleaning (common areas only)
WiFi
I am looking for a conscientious and fully employed individual who is clean, responsible and trustworthy.
Must be able to provide for the full rent amount of $700 upfront, plus a security deposit of $600. If you are interested, please share some information about yourself (linkedin / fb).
The room is for single occupancy only.
No pets allowed sorry. No smoking.
I can meet on Tuesday anytime, or every other day from 11 AM to 3 PM.
