I have a few friends in New Orleans and I recently let them talk me into coming and staying I've decided to move and I'm looking for a handyman special. Something I can live in a work on at the same time. Not to resale to live in. And the other side once finished my baby sister and her kids would move into from Missouri. I'm in my mid 30's and just moving here from Houston. I love this city. The people. The food the culture. I'd like to be apart of it. Rent to own 500-1000 a month depends on how livable it.
